Properties: Light yellow powder (granules), slight odor. Specific gravity: 1.42-1.52. Soluble in ethyl acetate, ethanol, solution of NaOH and Na2CO3. Insoluble in benzene, water and gasoline.
Application: Used as an acid accelerator and a medium fast primary accelerator. Produces excellent aging properties in products when used both alone or in combination with MBTS, TMTD and many others basic accelerators for higher activity. It’s accelerative temperature is low and easily dispersed with lower pollution. Mainly used to manufacture of tires, tubes, footwear, rubber belts and hoses etc.
Packaging: Net weight 25kgs in kraft paper bag with PE inner.
Storage: Keep container tightly closed in a cool, well-ventilated place. The recommended maximum storage life is 18 months when stored under normal conditions.
